No refunds allowed

- A full refund can be requested if no work has been completed. The Client must contact the Artist as soon as possible.
- If the Artist has completed the sketch phase and the Client has not received the images, work may be stopped and the Client will not receive the sketches, but will not be required to pay the final payment.
- If the Client has received the sketch and then requests a refund, they are liable for the final payment as well, even if the commission is not complete.
